About Me

My photo
cosmin
Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands
Born in 1988 in Romanian city Sebes Alba. While in secondary school, Cosmin’s talent for drawing had been discovered by his art class teacher known as a famous local painter.Cosmin spends most of his spare time in producing paintings that express instant moods and feelings. He also loves to combine them in specific themes. His ambition is to produce paintings that bring back the image of beauty and ugly, light and dark, real and unreal. His favorite motto is: “Make the invisible visible!” which in short represents all things that exist but hard to be explained. In his paintings, Cosmin tries to answer questions that one might address himself such as ‘Why do I feel lonely when I am surrounded by people? ‘ or ‘Why do I feel stressed when everything is going good? Cosmin likes to associate the significance of colors with his moods. For example, he believes that the feeling of frustration can be represented by lemon yellow color which also can be associated with the nervous system. He associates green color with the mental relaxation, blue with calm and sedate and black with restful emptiness, a mysterious evoke of sense of potential and possibility.
